Online sales and marketing officer
Provides full range of online sales service in order to push the sales of certain products on all online channel e.g. website, shopping platform e.g. ebay, amazon, shoppee. Engage customer via telephone, LineOA, Facebook messenger, chat. Prepare product details and list them on each and every platform. Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales. Allows people to make inquiries as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out the online sales of the assigned products and services by the client. By using various ways to sell these products and services e.g. chatting, emailing or by making use of blogs to reach to the target audience.
- Responsible for providing the database of the potential customers ,
- Ensures that the potential prospect are well communicate about the products/services, the special offers, and discounts, etc.
- Formulate the sales targets and makes sure that the strategies are designed in such a way to achieve maximum sales by promoting the products well on the internet.
- Prepares sales reports and handles if there are any issues with the ongoing internet sales.
- Keeps updating with a new products, their features and tries to explain the advantages to its customers so as to increase the sales of that particular product.
- Involved in managing the mix of merchandise, developing and managing the sales plans, sorting out the technical problems by working with the website development team and uses various techniques to achieve the assigned sales objectives.
Skills/Experience
- An excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Photoshop, HTML, Google Analytics, scripting languages and should possess excellent web development skills.
- Have the passion for internet and must remain updated with various developments happening online.
- Good analytical, project management skills,
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Ability to motivate and guide the other members and ability to work independently are some of the other skills that would prove to be of great advantage.
