Applicant qualifications:
Education level: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Have at least 8 years of experience in the position
Effective coordination and communication in both Thai and English.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of infrastructure with respect to budgeting.
Coordinate with technology vendors to ensure optimal support for IT and business systems and ensure regular follow ups and timely closures of payments.
Develop strategies to safeguard infrastructure investments through a contemporary operational management approach.
Oversee tasks ensuring optimal infrastructure performance, including performance tuning, maintenance, and security measures, while providing round-the-clock monitoring and support.
Enterprise Administration: Oversee mission-critical enterprise infrastructures, including Server solutions, Windows/ UNIX / Linux
Maintain regular communication with the procurement and finance departments to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding the status of the purchase request or purchase order via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
In case of issues arise during the procurement process, such as delays or changes in the budget, address them promptly and work with the procurement and finance departments to find solutions.
Monitor infrastructure service utilization, anticipating future data center, IT facility, and computational bandwidth needs, including resilience measures.
Promote a high-performance culture, laying the foundation for effectiveness assessments and continuous improvement.
Enhance IT operations' efficiency by fostering positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Offer expert technical guidance, foster relationships across key stakeholder groups, and identify opportunities to better address their needs. Strengthen ties with IT peers and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on systems administration technology trends and suggest innovative solutions. Provide high-level technical support for incidents and service requests.
Direct troubleshooting initiatives, partnering with external vendors and support teams when required.
Execute patch management responsibilities, which involve staying informed about available patches, selecting relevant patches for various systems, ensuring proper installation of these patches, conducting post-installation testing, and documenting the processes.
Serve as the principal Windows System Administrator for Server operations.
Possess the ability to communicate effectively with all organizational tiers, both internally and externally, and in both written and oral forms.
Ensure the continuous and efficient function of multi-user computer systems, coordinating with engineers/support technicians, project managers, users, as well as customer and IT leadership.
Support multiple networks effectively. Oversee that administrative duties are fulfilled, providing guidance to others as needed.
