Objective: GreenWill Solution aims to provide Thai SMEs with a worry-free, secure IT infrastructure, allowing them to focus on growing their core businesses successfully and securely. We are looking for a talented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as the CISO, leading our security-related strategies and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Strategy and Operations:
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
Oversee all security operations, ensuring the protection of company and client information.
Continuously evaluate and improve the security posture of GreenWill Solution and its clients.
Security Consulting:
Provide expert security consultancy services to GreenWill Solution's customers.
Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, and compliance audits for clients.
Recommend and implement security solutions tailored to client needs.
Team Leadership:
Direct and manage the security operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they stay current with industry best practices and emerging threats.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
Technology Partnership Collaboration:
Work closely with technology partners (e.g., Sophos, Tenable Nessus, Fortinet) to integrate their solutions into GreenWill Solution’s offerings.
Ensure effective implementation and management of partner solutions to enhance client security.
Stay informed about partner developments and leverage new technologies to benefit clients.
Service Development:
Identify and develop new security services to meet the evolving needs of the market.
Drive innovation in service delivery, ensuring GreenWill Solution remains at the forefront of the industry.
Create value propositions that support the business growth of Thai SMEs through secure IT infrastructure.
Leadership Role:
Embody GreenWill Solution’s culture of being objective-driven, trustworthy, and respectful.
Participate in strategic decision-making as a key member of the leadership team.
Contribute to the company's growth strategy, aiming to expand the business tenfold from its current state.
Qualifications:
Citizenship: Thai Citizen
Language: Professional proficiency in English
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or other relevant certifications
Skills:
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage security operations and large-scale projects
Experience with security technologies and solutions from partners like Sophos, Tenable Nessus, and Fortinet
Age: Preferably under 35 years old
Contract Details:
Phase 1: Evaluation and Adoption:
Duration: 6-12 months
Contract-based role with performance evaluation
Phase 2: Partnering:
Opportunity for a partnership role based on performance during the evaluation phase
Involvement in strategic growth initiatives and potential equity participation
