Service period: 2018-2020

Service location: 3 locations in Bangkok (Charmchuri Square, Srinakarin, Rangsit-NakhonNaiyok)

Customer demands to get the following scope of services

  1. Operational support
  2. Technical support
  3. Trouble-shooting and resolution support
  4. SW development service

There are the following competence and skill of consultant provided:

  • Senior System engineer and Senior programmer.
  • Solution Architect
  • Senior project manager.

Prerequisites: to deliver the service, Greenwill consultants will be allow to

  1. Get an access to the system, database and application.
  2. Get the technical document of network management and performance system.
  3. Get details scope, deliverable, schedule and KPI measured for each task assign.


The consultants team will be assigned to work on customer requirement and deliver the program that meet’s customer’s project milestone, however, the consultant would reserve a right to acknowledge and accept the service deadline as appropriate.

At the beginning of the service, the consultant will explore the system and requirement and return in written (email) to Customer’s project manager on the number of working days requires to complete the assignment, and the estimated delivery date.

The service scope and resources spending would be flexible and assigned as per a number of man-day required in Customer PO.

  1. Normal working hour is 9.00-18.00, Monday to Friday.
  2. If the emergency support is required outside the coverage hour the extra emergency service charge at agree hour-rate for each level of skill will be applied.
  3. The price includes a transportation to and from the designed sites above. For the service that will be performed at other location extra transportation will be charged.
  4. The extra travel/accommodation outside or not designated sites, the consultant will be compensated as per agree transportation rate.
  5. If there are any expenses incures because of work performed offsite or at a different location other than designed location, all expenses must be agreed and approved prior by Customer’s project manager. The technical support will submit the summary expense report to customer’s manager for approval and signoff.
